DELIVERY AUSTRALIA > TO INTERNATIONAL Delivery
Our carrier is mainly Australia Post. Freight costs vary according to the size of the order & location. We will add the cost to your invoice & the total amount charged to your credit card or you can ask us to advise you of the delivery charge prior to charging your card. We use Australia Post Express Satchels & their eParcel system (which is a trackable service with a signature required for delivery).
Delivery of items over 1metre
Rods & other products which are over 1m in length are sent by TNT Road Express (within Australia). These parcels must be consigned to an address where there is someone who can take delivery & sign for it. If there is a chance that no-one will be home to take delivery, a work or business address is best otherwise we will consign the parcel to the nearest TNT depot or agent's depot. (If the latter we will advise you of all details).
If no-one is at a consignee address, re-delivery attempts are charged at $22.00 per time (by TNT). Please ensure that you give us a business hours contact number (mobile is acceptable) so that we can contact you for arrangements if necessary.
Express
Under 500gm: eParcel Express $7.50
Standard 3kg satchel $10.00
Jumbo 3kg satchel $13.00
Jumbo 5kg satchel $18.00
eParcel Express is for urgent orders which are too bulky for the express satchels.
eParcel Post
Under 500gm is $6.50 Australia wide. Over 500gm charges vary according to postcode. These charges are below normal Australia Post parcel charges.

Next business day delivery: Capital cities & suburbs except Perth (CBD only) & Darwin (2 days),
South East Queensland (some exceptions), Ipswich, Maryborough, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Mackay, Cairns, Townsville (generally townships only), Gosford, Newcastle, Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Wollongong areas, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Seymour, Latrobe Valley areas, Launceston.
Most other areas 2 days but 3-4 days for remote areas.

Please note: If you are not there when a satchel or parcel is delivered Australia Post will leave a card for you to present to the nearest post office for collection. Either contact us for a consignment number or enquire at your local post office for a satchel or eParcel if you do not receive a card. Contact us to follow up if the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL > To AUSTRALIAN Delivery
Consignment methods
Air Mail
Only New Zealand & small orders (under $150) to New Caledonia.
We will not consign by Air Mail elsewhere.
Air Mail to New Zealand generally takes 5-6 business days however there may be a delay with customs clearance for orders over NZ$400.
Charges by us do not include any duties or taxes which may be applicable your end.
TNT
An express door to door service, includes customs clearance your end. Charges by us do not include any duties or taxes which may be applicable your end.
DHL
An express door to door service, includes customs clearance your end. Charges by us do not include any duties or taxes which may be applicable your end. DHL is generally more expensive than TNT or ECI.
Express Courier International (formally EMS)
This is a priority air mail door to door service. Charges by us do not include any duties or taxes which may be applicable your end. Some countries charge an additional fee for customs clearance (such as PNG).
